1. Payment Methods

All ticket prices listed on our website are final and include VAT. Prices are listed in EUR or GBP (depending on the visitor's country).
Where we offer tickets with different price categories (e.g. VIP, standard, children), this information is clearly marked for each product.
3. Ticket Shipping and Delivery Information
E-Tickets
All tickets are sent electronically. After successful payment, you will receive an e-mail with an e-ticket to the e-mail address you provided when purchasing. After payment, you will receive a link to download the ticket in PDF format in your contact email. You can easily print this e-ticket or view it on your mobile device when entering the concert.
Delivery time: E-tickets are sent immediately after payment confirmation. In case of a problem with the delivery of tickets, please contact our support at contact@summerfestengland.com
Physical tickets (if offered)
In case we offer physical tickets (e.g. VIP packages, special editions), these will be sent to the address provided when ordering.
Delivery time: Physical tickets will be sent within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Charges: The delivery charge will be added to your order and will be displayed during the checkout process. We may offer different delivery options depending on the country (standard, express, etc.).

4. Complaints and Ticket Returns
Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a concert being cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a full refund (refund). If the concert goes ahead, no refunds are possible.
Ticket Cancellation: If you have a problem with your ticket or need to change your details, please contact us as soon as possible.
